These instructions apply to personal data collected via the Meta authentication app “X8-Network-Auth” used for logging in to “X8-Network”, operated by POLANT BUSINESS S.L..

What data is affected
- App-scoped user ID provided by Meta.
- Name and email received through Facebook Login.
- Your X8-Network account record linked to Facebook Login.
How to request deletion
1) Email request
Send an email to Antonpol2023@gmail.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your email used in X8-Network.
- Optional: any additional identifiers that may help locate your account.
2) Remove the App from your Facebook account
- Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Apps and Websites
- Find “X8-Network-Auth” → Remove
Removing the App prevents future data sharing from Meta to X8-Network. To fully delete your account data in our service, please also use method (1).
Identity verification
To protect your privacy, we may verify that the requester controls the same account linked to the request. We will never ask for your Facebook password.
Response time
We aim to confirm your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention of specific records.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed. If you believe data remains, reply to our email and we will re-check.
