Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data collected through our messaging assistants (“Bots”) on Facebook Pages/Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Gmail, and TikTok Direct. What we delete
- Conversation content and attachments you sent to our Bots;
- Identifiers and metadata linked to the chat (platform user ID/handle, chat IDs, timestamps);
- Operational records in our systems (n8n logs, CRM notes in Notion, contacts in Supabase, chat memory in MongoDB, logs in Google Sheets).
What we may retain
Some information must be kept to comply with law or to complete accounting (e.g., invoices, refund and chargeback records processed via Stripe). Where possible we will minimize and restrict such records.
How to request deletion
1) Quick request (recommended)
Send an email to Antonpol2023@gmail.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Which channel you used (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail, TikTok);
- Your handle / phone / email for that channel;
- Approximate dates of conversation;
- Optional: a copy of your message to help us locate the records.
2) In‑channel request (alternative)
- Instagram / Facebook (Pages/Messenger): DM our Page “
DELETE MY DATA”. You may also remove our app/page access in your Meta account settings. - WhatsApp Business: send “
DELETE” or “STOP”. - Telegram: send “
DELETE MY DATA” or/deleteto the bot. - Gmail: email us from the same address with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- TikTok Direct: DM “
DELETE MY DATA”.
Identity verification
To protect your privacy we will verify that the requester controls the same account that interacted with our Bots. We will never ask for passwords or full payment card data.
Response time
We aim to confirm your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Complex requests or legal retention obligations may extend this timeframe; we will keep you informed.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed. If you believe data remains, reply to our email and we will re‑check.
